Our History

Our Chef and Staff

Established in May of 2013 we are proudly named after Hercules Jones who was the BBQ King of our family and cooked great BBQ for Events from Houston Texas, Little Rock Arkansas, Memphis TN, Columbia MO and Jefferson City MO. It is with great pleasure that we bring his style of BBQ to Piedmont. Hercules didn't get to be a part of this venture as he passed away shortly before we were able to open but his tradition lives on through me and his name branded on the Restaurant. We hope that you enjoy a wonderful experience with us!
